FEES & POLICIES

Welcome to PV Muse Art, a warm and creative space dedicated to offering personalized art lessons for children. These guidelines are established to ensure a harmonious, safe, and productive learning experience perfectly tailored to our intimate and professional home studio environment. At PV Muse Art, in a comfortable and inspiring atmosphere, we foster creativity and explore the wonders of art. We kindly ask parents and our young artists to familiarize themselves with important guidelines to enhance this experience. 

  • Class Size Limitation: To maintain quality education and personalized attention, we limit our classes to a maximum of 7 students.

  • No Food or Drink Policy: To preserve the cleanliness and order of our learning environment, food and beverages are not permitted within the studio premises.

  • Hygiene Protocol: As part of our commitment to health and safety, students are required to wash their hands at the designated sink upon arrival at the studio.

  • Illness Policy: To safeguard our community's health, we request that unwell students stay home and arrange a makeup class with us.

  • Registration Fee: This fee is charged when a student initially registers and is non-refundable. If a student discontinues classes and re-registers after 3 months, they will be considered as a new student and must pay the registration fee again.

  • Monthly Tuition: Tuition is billed monthly and varies based on the number of operational weeks in a month, adjusted for holidays and variations in the calendar. Tuition is due monthly and must be paid by the 5th of each month. All tuition and registration fees are non-refundable. Payments are accepted via Zelle or Venmo.

LATE FEE

  • The Studio reserves the right to refuse service for late or non-payment. A late fee of $10 is applied if tuition is not paid by the 5th of each month. Should the tuition, including the late fee, remain unpaid by the 7th, the student's spot may be forfeited and offered to another student. We reserve the right to dismiss any student with an outstanding tuition account.

  • Repeated Late Payments: A student may be subject to dismissal after three instances of late payment warnings.

COMMUNICATION

We utilize a designated app for updates on lesson content, next month’s tuition, and holiday closures. All parents are required to download our designated app upon receiving an invitation from the studio. This app is essential for accessing all course-related content and updates.

ABSENCES & MAKE-UPS

In case of absence due to personal reasons, refunds, carryovers/credits, or deductions from the tuition for the missed days are not provided. If a student will miss a class, a 24-hour advance notice is required to schedule a makeup class. The studio will propose a date and time for the makeup, but if the student is unable to attend at the scheduled time, the makeup class cannot be guaranteed. Make-up classes must be taken within one month of the missed class; after this period, the make-up opportunity is forfeited. Scheduled make-up classes are final and cannot be rescheduled.

DROP OFF/PICK UP

  • Students should be picked up promptly after class. Late pick-ups are subject to a fee of $10 per 15 minutes.

  • Please inform us in advance if special circumstances affect your pick-up schedule.

ARRIVAL PROTOCOL

  • Students are welcome to enter their class up to 10 minutes early, ensuring a tranquil and organized start to the lesson.

  • For student pick ups, we kindly ask that you arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before dismissal. This helps to prevent extended waiting of vehicles in front of the property, ensuring a positive impact on our neighborhood.

DISMISSAL

  • We reserve the right to dismiss a student if parents unreasonably request changes to our academy's operational regulations (e.g., tuition payment deadlines, refunds/rollovers).

  • A student may be subject to dismissal after three instances of tuition non-payment warnings.

  • Students are required to stay within designated class areas. Unauthorized roaming on private property is not permitted and may lead to dismissal.

ACCESS RESTRICTION

Unregistered individuals, including friends or siblings, are not allowed within academy premises. Loitering or making noise outside the property is also prohibited.

PROMOTIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY

Students may be photographed for marketing and promotion of the Studio (website, emails, social media, etc.).  If you do not wish to have your child(ren) photographed, please let us know.
